About Orishás

Orishás are the “gods” of Brazilian Candomblé and represent the principles of nature. Each Orishá corresponds to particular principles of nature. They are honored through dances, prayers, as well as specific food, herbs and essential oils. It is said that the carrier of these scents stay connected to the energy Ashé of Orishá.
